Containerized modular recycling system REPHOS
Highly efficient technology for phosphorus reduction and micropollutant removal Phosphorus removal and quaternary treatment
The highly efficient and innovative REPHOS-COMORES technology treats wastewater and reduces phosphorus concentration through tertiary coagulation with microscreen filtration.
The technology stably reduces phosphorus concentration down to 0.1 mg/l and highly effectively limits the growth potential of algae and cyanobacteria.
autonomous control based on influent parameters

REPHOS Intelligent tertiary treatment with phosphorus reduction
The advanced REPHOS tertiary treatment solution polishes wastewater and reduces phosphorus concentration. At the same time, it serves as effective pre-treatment before further potential quaternary water polishing stages.
REPHOS technology can be implemented at full WWTP capacity in container form (2,000–10,000 PE).
Benefits of IN-EKO TEAM solutions
- ensuring stable effluent parameters and water treatment quality for further use (phosphorus reduction down to 0.1 mg/l, reduction of algae and cyanobacteria)
- low electricity consumption (0.35–0.55 kW/cbm of treated water, including pumped influent and effluent to the technology)
- online monitoring of phosphate concentration at inlet/outlet and automatic coagulant dose control using a PO₄-P analyzer = reduced OPEX of the entire technology
- precise and automatic dosing
- autonomous control system with artificial intelligence and reliable operation
- customer communication protocols
- sludge without chemical residues
- remote monitoring – Industry 4.0
Variability
Installation of the containerized technology does not require extensive civil modifications requiring a building permit and subsequent project documentation. The technology is ready for use immediately after delivery. It is therefore also suitable for solving sudden emergency situations.
Smarter operation through innovation
In cooperation with partners, we develop solutions that reduce environmental impact – from energy-efficient components to digitalized operation and remote equipment monitoring.
Sustainability as a foundation
From design to operation, our technologies are created to save resources, energy, and space. This is not a trend – sustainability is a natural part of every piece of equipment we develop.
Our goal is to ensure clean water for future generations.

Why IN-EKO TEAM?
IN-EKO TEAM is a Czech technology company with its own development and research department as well as its own manufacturing facilities. We design, manufacture, and supply top-class wastewater treatment equipment – from municipal wastewater treatment plants and industrial operations to aquaculture.
Our equipment is made of high-quality stainless steel and installed in more than 80 countries worldwide. Thanks to our long-term know-how, patented solutions, and precise workmanship, we offer our partners the reliability of efficient equipment with a long service life, together with after-sales service and commercial support.
We are your partner from the initial design through commissioning to subsequent service inspections.
How does REPHOS work?
The technology is based on precise dosing of reagents into the inlet water and a controlled flocculation process in a cascade of vertically mixed reactors. Precise dosing is achieved by measuring the instantaneous flow to the technology with a flow meter and at the same time monitoring the inlet PO4-P concentration with an analyzer.
An Fe- or Al-based coagulant is dosed, if necessary together with sodium hydroxide solution, and a polymer flocculant solution is also used in the technology. Separation of phosphorus precipitation floc sludge takes place on a Microscreen Drum filter.
Clean water is no coincidence.
It is technology.
